Coming north on I-95: Take Exit 17 (Callowhill Street). Stay in the right exit lane. You’ll see 3rd Street at the bottom of the exit ramp. Move to the right lane and turn right on 5th Street. Take 5th Street to Girard Avenue. The Shrine is on the corner.
Coming south on I-95: Take the Girard Avenue Exit. Follow Girard Avenue to 5th Street. The Shrine is on the corner.
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike: Take I-76 East to Route 676 East (Vine Street Extension). Exit at 8th Street, then move into the left lane to go North on 7th Street. Follow 7th Street to Girard Avenue. Turn right on Girard Street and continue to 5th Street. The Shrine is on the corner.
From Independence Hall: Follow 5th Street North for 1 mile to Girard Avenue. Note: After Arch Street, look for a tunnel on the right, which continues to 5th Street. The Shrine is on the corner of 5th Street and Girard Avenue.
From the New Jersey Benjamin Franklin Bridge: As you drive over the bridge, stay in the right lane. At the base of the bridge, turn right on 5th (don’t take a drastic right onto 4th). Continue on 5th Street to Girard Avenue. The Shrine is on the corner.
From the North (New York area): Take NJ 295 South to Exit 36B (Route 73) and follow for 4 miles to Route 90 West, which exits left. Follow Route 90 for 1 mile to the Betsy Ross Bridge. Take 95 South and then the second exit (Girard Avenue). Follow Girard Avenue to 5th Street. The Shrine is on the corner.
From the New Jersey Turnpike: Take Exit 4 (Route 73 North) and continue for 4 miles to Route 90 West, which exits left. Continue 1 mile to the Betsy Ross Bridge. Take 95 South and then the second exit (Girard Avenue). Follow Girard Avenue to 5th Street. The Shrine is on the corner.

Public Transport
Bus: The Route 57 bus stops at 4th Street and Girard Avenue; the Route 47 bus at 7th Street and Girard Avenue.
Trolley: The Route 15 trolley stops at 5th Street and Girard Avenue.
Subway: The Market-Frankford Line stops at Front Street and Girard Avenue, a four- to five-block walk from the Shrine.
